TEMP TO PERM LEGAL SECRETARY - SURBITON SURREY Ł30,000 neg a.a.e We are recruiting for this new firm of solicitors, currently based in London WC2 and moving within the next month or so, to Surbiton in Surrey. The company would like to recruit an experienced legal secretary who lives locally and would like to secure a local position that will fully utilise their skills. Initially you will be working in the London office, during which time the client will pay for travelling time and reimburse all your fares to and from London. Once the new office is ready in Surbiton the business will transfer permanently to Surbiton. The ideal candidate for this role will have demonstrable experience as a legal secretary with fast accurate audio typing and the ability to multi-task. As the principle legal secretary within the organisation you will be involved in a host of ad-hoc administrative and organisational task to ensure the new office opens on time and all supplies are in place for the opening. Liaising with suppliers and service operators to ensure all services are in place. Your organisational skills will be key for this role as secretary to the principle, together with your superb communication skills. This is a superb opportunity for an individual who enjoys getting truly involved with the day to day running of the practice and is looking for a challenging and involved post. Initially the position will commence on a temp to perm basis so it is essential that you are immediately available and free to commence work early September.
