The Business Systems Analyst is the "translator" of sales application capabilities between the IT community, operations and the business users. This individual should bridge the 22 gap between business process and requirements and system functionality. In this role, a thorough knowledge of the sales applications in the CRM field is required, as well as the ability to translate them to business processes and functional use.
