Are you looking for a very satisfying Corporate Receptionist role in a leading investment bank? An ongoing opportunity until December 2008 has arisen in the City of London.
This role is working a 40hr week, covering shifts from 7.45am to 6.15pm and looking to pay £12 p/hr.
Duties:
•All basic reception duties, phones, meet & greet, taxis, couriers, post, catering orders for meetings.
•To ensure the reception switchboard is managed efficiently as well as undertaking any ad hoc tasks.
•Booking meeting rooms and organising conference rooms
Skills and Experience required:
•The ideal candidate will have experience working in a corporate reception environment and experience with a switchboard
•Excellent telephone manner/ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
•Confident. Outgoing. Helpful. Calm and able to work under stress on a very busy days! Good multi-tasker!
•You must have strong organisational skills as well as be confident with Word and Outlook.
